Networking, best practice sharing and connecting people and companies has always been a central aspect of Fair Travel.
If we want to make a change we need to do this together, as one individual can’t do it on its own. Networking, best practice sharing and connecting people and companies has always been a very important aspect for Fair Travel. The energy created from collaborating with likeminded people and companies is a powerful force, therefore Fair Travel will always strive to find new opportunities to expand and connect.
- Sales and marketing support within the Nordic region
- Seminars and events
- Company representation
As a seminar to build awareness around sustainability, Tourism, Travel and Sustainable Development gathered likeminded people and companies with the aim to create a natural meeting place for the Swedish tourism and travel industry to develop a more sustainable future. Fair Travel was responsible for managing and organising the event and communicating its message.
As an initiative from the annual seminar Tourism, Travel and Sustainable Development, the Nordic Network for Responsible Tourism was started in 2012. The network has grown out of the global Responsible Tourism Networking group that started at the World Travel Market in London 2007. Fair Travel was the instigator behind this, with assistance of a student, towards creating a meeting place and forum for the Nordic travel industry to discuss responsible tourism.
Fair Travel provides sales and marketing support to foreign-based companies, extending their reach into the Nordic travel industry. Fair Travel identifies potential customers and makes introductions or presents the company directly.
